Stateless keeps data collection intentionally small: enough to reply to mobile delivery briefs, review future partner applications, and understand whether the website is useful.

Lead briefs

When you submit the contact form, Stateless receives the details you choose to provide: name, company, reply email, problem type, timeline, budget range, context, page source, referrer, and UTM parameters when present. This is used to send a 24h risk reply and decide whether a scope, rescue, hiring-cover, or V1 conversation makes sense.

Partner applications

When you submit the careers / partner form, Stateless receives the application details you provide, including role type, availability, links, experience, rates, message, consent, and technical metadata needed to process the form. This page is a future collaborator bench, not a public full-time job listing.

Routing and tools

Form submissions may be routed through internal automation such as n8n and then into working tools such as email, Twenty, Notion, CRM, notes, or task systems used to reply and manage follow-up. Stateless does not expose webhook secrets or private routing URLs in client-side code.

Analytics

The site uses lightweight analytics to understand visits, outbound clicks, and CTA interactions. Analytics should never block navigation, form submission, or email fallback paths.

Contact and retention

Stateless keeps submitted information only as long as it is useful for replying, managing an active conversation, maintaining a lightweight partner bench, or preserving business records. To ask about your data, email contact@stateless.me.
