Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Stateless Limited's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Description

Stateless Limited provides mobile application development services, specifically focusing on MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development using modern technologies including React Native, Expo, and Supabase.

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

For each project, we will provide:

• Complete source code of the developed application
• Documentation for deployment and maintenance
• 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes
• All intellectual property rights transfer to the client

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and specifications
• Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Providing necessary access to third-party services when required

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require 50% payment upfront and 50% upon project completion. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the developed application, including source code, designs, and documentation, will be transferred to the client. We retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during the project.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty for bug fixes and minor adjustments after project delivery. Major feature additions or changes are subject to separate agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment will be due for work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.
